New Product Review for Managing Advanced Sleep Phase Disorder
Barcolux Inc., The Centre for Innovation at Medicine Hat College and The Veiner Centre-Unison, is hosting two Focus Groups to gather insights from individuals aged 60 and above regarding a new product aimed at treating Advanced Sleep Phase Disorder (ASPD).
If you struggle to stay awake until 9 PM and find it challenging to sleep past 5 AM, we would love to hear your thoughts.
Before the product review, we will provide information to help you better understand this condition. Afterward, we want to learn your opinions on the new product we are developing, including suggestions for pricing and marketing strategies.

This class is for everyBODY 50+! Come join Marla Howard on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a mix of strength, cardio, mobility, and a whole lot of fun!
Tuesday classes will have an upper body focus and Thursday classes will be lower body focus. Abs and core are in every class. We will use a variety of equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, and kettlebells.
Different levels will be shown and you can choose own pace and your own level! Proper form and movement mechanics will always be shown and there are always options for varying levels of fitness.
