Kenzy the therapy dog is she incredibly adorable, but she has also been trained to provide emotional support to those in need. Her visits are always a highlight of the month, and we have seen firsthand the positive impact she has had on our residents' well-being.

This class is for everyBODY 50+! Come join Marla Howard on Tuesdays and Thursdays for a mix of strength, cardio, mobility, and a whole lot of fun!
Tuesday classes will have an upper body focus and Thursday classes will be lower body focus. Abs and core are in every class. We will use a variety of equipment such as free weights, resistance bands, and kettlebells.
Different levels will be shown and you can choose own pace and your own level! Proper form and movement mechanics will always be shown and there are always options for varying levels of fitness.
