Our support groups are open to anyone impacted by Parkinson's, their families, friends and loved ones. Whether it is a desire to learn more, to share experiences and/or to be a part of a community.

Attending a support group can be a great way to learn about Parkinson’s, develop better coping skills, and feel less isolated as you make connections with others facing similar challenges.

Please register directly with Brienne at 403-317-7710 or you can register with their head office at 1-800-561-1911.

This wonderful program run every 3rd Wednesday of every month from 12:00pm to 2:00pm in the Veiner Centre boardroom.

Men's Sheds Canada is a volunteer-based organization, run by men for men, which facilitates and enables older men to gather, socialize and make new relationships while working on individual projects or group projects, shoulder to shoulder.

The goal of Men's Sheds is to improve emotional well-being, combat isolation, anxiety, loneliness and depression within men, particularly older men.

In other words, we get the guys together to tinker, tell stories and hang out for good fun!
