Men's Sheds Canada is a volunteer-based organization, run by men for men, which facilitates and enables older men to gather, socialize and make new relationships while working on individual projects or group projects, shoulder to shoulder.

The goal of Men's Sheds is to improve emotional well-being, combat isolation, anxiety, loneliness and depression within men, particularly older men.

In other words, we get the guys together to tinker, tell stories and hang out for good fun!
