"The Boy in the Stripped Pajama's"

The Boy in the Striped Pajamas is a poignant and heartbreaking story set during World War II. It follows Bruno, the eight-year-old son of a Nazi commandant, who moves with his family to a house near a concentration camp. Feeling lonely, Bruno wanders to the camp’s fence, where he meets and befriends Shmuel, a Jewish boy imprisoned inside. Despite the barbed wire between them, a secret friendship grows—one that leads to tragic and powerful consequences. The film explores innocence, the horrors of the Holocaust, and the devastating cost of prejudice.

    "Somethings Gotta Give"

Something’s Gotta Give is a witty romantic comedy about Harry Sanborn, a wealthy, aging bachelor with a taste for younger women, who unexpectedly falls for Erica Barry, a successful, no-nonsense playwright — and the mother of his much younger girlfriend. After a heart scare lands Harry at Erica’s beach house to recover, the two clash, connect, and eventually find themselves in a surprising and complicated romance. With humor, heart, and sharp dialogue, the film explores love later in life and the unexpected ways people can change.

    "National Lampoon's Christmas Vacation"

National Lampoon’s Christmas Vacation is a holiday comedy classic that follows Clark Griswold as he tries to create the perfect Christmas for his family. With over-the-top decorations, a house full of quirky relatives, and one mishap after another—from a fried turkey to an out-of-control squirrel—Clark’s plans spiral into chaos. Despite the mayhem, the film captures the chaos and charm of the holidays, showing that sometimes the best memories come from things not going according to plan.

Yin Yoga focuses on targeting the connective tissues, such as fascia, ligaments, tendons, joints, and bones, rather than just muscles.

By applying positive stress to these deep tissues, it helps maintain elasticity, supports joints, and promotes flexibility.

This moderate practice involves gentle movements and holding postures for up to 4 minutes, allowing the body to guide the process.

Suitable for everyone, Yin Yoga complements regular exercise routines

All exercises will be performed on the yoga mat, so kindly bring your own.
